We, BJ and Jessica Gumkowski live in Boulder, CO and are frequent visitors to the Winter Park, Fraser Valley area. Originally from Massachusetts, Jessica is a native Cape Codder who had dreams of a rocky mountain home for many years. BJ who stems from the coastal town of Westport, MA also had similar dreams of fresh tracks and mountain peaks. We've been in Colorado since September of 2001 and continue to love every minute of our life here.

BJ is the president of ClearPixelDesign.com, a web design and web marketing firm and Jessica is certified massage therapist and is owner of www.massageboulder.com. Also part owner is Jessica's brother Matt who lives on Cape Cod with his beautiful family.
